"Mr G S Sidhu, from India, is doing research work in Agricultural Biochemistry at Melbourne University under the Colombo Plan Fellowship granted him by the Australian Government. He will soon present a thesis for a Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) degree - in his laboratory for Advanced Research at the Biochemistry Department, at the University of Melbourne, in collaboration with his supervisor, Dr F J R Hird, Senior Lecturer in Agricultural Biochemistry."
